Indoor tournament FF-12, KIDS DAY and excitement forEURO 2025 at the YB women's match against GC
On 22 March 2025, BSC YB, the regional footballassociation and Host City Bern rang in the countdown to the last 100 daysbefore EURO 2025. The YB women's match against GC attracted a record crowd of10,647 spectators in the AWSL.
The atmosphere in the stadium was rousing. The YBwomen won the match against GC 1:0 and were crowned winners of the regularseason.
The first KIDS Day as part of a YB women's match was acomplete success. The numerous activities around and in the Wankdorf stadiumwere very well attended by the visitors. Tickets for the UEFA Women's EURO 2025could be won via a live cam in the stadium. During the half-time break, Takethis feat. Guillaume Hoarau, Nicky B Fly and Caroline Chevin gave a greatperformance with their song ‘Passion’.
The morning kicked off with the FF-12 indoortournament in the Wankdorfhalle. In the afternoon, the Bern/Jura FootballAssociation organized a networking event for women in football.
